Make an impact today.

I am often asked what conservation organizations to donate to. There are so many excellent ones that most people have never heard of. A few organizations work to protect one or a few unique places. Here are a few of the ones I have worked with extensively, and where I took many of the photographs. Every one of them does incredible work, and you can be assured that every dollar you donate will have an impact on the ground. You can donate directly to them using the links below.

  • Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in Northern Kenya was the very first place EarthRanger was used. I am also a member of the US Board of Trustees for Lewa.

  • Save The Elephants focuses on continent-wide protection of African Elephants and on issues such as Human-Elephant Conflict, Poaching, and understanding how elephants live through tracking and technology.

  • Conservation South Luangwa supports South Luangwa National Park in Zambia.

  • Uganda Conservation Foundation supports the Uganda Wildlife Authority to protect the incredible diversity of wildlife across Uganda.

  • Grumeti Fund supports Grumeti Reserve in Tanzania, which also serves as a vital buffer area for Serengeti National Park.

  • African Parks manages over 25 parks in 15+ countries across Africa.

  • Gonarezhou Conservation Trust is a partnership between the Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Authority and the Frankfurt Zoological Society. Gonarezhou was the first park I visited in Africa, long before I began working in Conservation.

  • Yellowstone Forever is the official nonprofit partner of Yellowstone National Park. Many of the programs at Yellowstone, such as the wolf, cougar, and other species programs, couldn’t do what they do without the funding they receive through Yellowstone Forever.

  • Conserve Global delivers effective management of natural landscapes beyond national parks by supporting the establishment of community-initiated conservancies in adjacent buffer zones.

Purchase a Print

You can also purchase prints of my work. All net proceeds will go directly to one of the conservation groups I support. If you are interested in buying a print, find the photo you want. Underneath the image, you will see the Title, location, and date it was taken.  Below that, click on “Buy a Print”. The cost varies based on the size of the print.

If you would like to see more photos of a particular species, genus, or family, email me from the contact page, and I can share a link to additional photos to choose from.
