Plenty of people find them dull or brutish. I think they are majestic, especially American Bison. I find African Buffalo amusing. Buffalo and Bison are relatively easy to photograph. They mostly stand still because they can’t be bothered by the likes of we humans or much else. Usually, you get the “what do you want” look from them. The shots I took of them from a helicopter are more exciting.

American Bison are just stunning animals. Their eyes are deep pools that you can get lost in. Yellowstone National Park in the Winter is magical. A big part of the reason is the Bison. See if you see what I see in these images.
